WEngage creates the best and authentic customer experiences driven by skilled employees, cutting-edge technology, and certified working procedures. Customer selection and acquisition, customer care, engagement, and retention are some of the customized customer contact solutions they offer.
As a part of an innovation project at WEngage, WEmail has been created – AI-driven application for e-mail processing that improves the quality of customer interactions. Using LLM, the app generates responses based on client emails, equipping customer advisors with the tools they need to respond efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction. For customer advisors, WEmail brings a fundamental change in their work with prediction in saving their time of 40% and more.
