About the project
The FutureInsight platform helps people to make the right choices in projects involving the living environment, such as infrastructure, development and the repurposing of sites and buildings.
The Levi9 team is maintaining the existing Clearly platform and developing the Open Urban Platform project (part of the Clearly Suite), which is a platform based on open standards for displaying 2D and 3D maps, 3D building projects and sensory data. The plan is for the Open Urban Platform to be the digital infrastructure of the city where construction projects can be visualized, influence the spatial planning of the city and accelerate the obtaining of building and other permits.
The platform is being developed with flexible technical components (Minimal Interoperability Mechanisms – MIMs) that are connected to each other by established open interfaces (Pivotal Points of Interoperability – PPIs). Data and software providers must use the same open approach and standards, meaning that tools are interoperable and vendor lock-in is minimized.
Levi9 impact
As a true partner, Levi9 was hired to implement and define the architecture of the new Clearly suite solution, considering the client’s specific business needs and important architectural drivers such as security, open standards and minimal cloud provider dependency. The Levi9 team works closely with our partners on roadmap creation, requirement definition, product development and validation. A great effort was made by the team to deliver excellent work on two fronts: supporting the current FutureInsight solution and building the new one.
