Learning at Levi9 takes place through various activities. Depending on their learning style and personal development plan levi niners have the possibility to choose between multiple options that will fit their developmental need – whether they want to learn something new or to share their knowledge with colleagues.
All learning opportunities within the Levi9 Academy are pieces of a larger puzzle, including People Skills Workshops, Coaching activities, Udemy for business courses, #eMeet knowledge-sharing sessions, custom workshops, certifications, and mandatory onboarding training.
The Levi9 Academy also offers specialized programs tailored to specific groups, along with individual development opportunities as part of personal growth. These specialized programs include Lead9, Insight Discovery Workshops, Architect Building Program, and User Story Mapping Workshops.

By offering workshops, coaching sessions, and custom programs, we strive to equip every levi niner with the skills and tools to thrive in their career.“
Our colleague Slađana Tufegdžić, who participated in one of these programs, shares: “Every soft-skills workshop I’ve attended at Levi9 has been a game-changer. The Emotional Intelligence in Leadership session was particularly impactful, offering a perfect mix of theory and practical exercises.
We revisited essential principles – like focusing on behavior rather than criticizing individuals and using empathy to foster healthy communication. Beyond that, we tackled real-life scenarios and practiced techniques for overcoming fears, including public speaking.
What stood out the most for me was the feeling after the session: Nothing is insurmountable. Learning to manage thoughts and emotions is challenging, but progress, no matter how small, is what truly counts. It’s not about perfection but continuous improvement – both for ourselves and those around us.”
Another levi niner, Damir Tukodi, shared his perspective on how these workshops have impacted his professional growth: “The immediate feedback from my colleagues helped me identify areas for improvement while building on my strengths.
What’s great about these workshops is their everyday relevance. Whether I’m presenting to clients, leading a meeting, or simply engaging in a conversation, I now approach these situations with more confidence and clarity.
