At Levi9, our technical communities are the backbone of our continuous learning and innovation culture. We aim to stay ahead of the game with tech trends by keeping an innovative mindset and this is where communities “jumped in”, back in 2021.
Levi niners often gather around common interests and activities, and there are lot of informal communities running. The community formalization project is an initiative to create a space where efforts can be systematized and additional support can be provided to realize ideas that many colleagues will enjoy.
Led by Jan Dolinaj, our CTO, the communities provide a collaborative space to expand your knowledge, share experiences, and contribute to the strategic direction of company. At the heart of our technical expertise is the Architect Community, which forms the foundation of our ‘Thought Leadership.’ Through events like Arch9, every community has the opportunity to share their technical vision directly with our clients and partners, ensuring we stay ahead in the industry.
Company Levi9 currently has strategic communities organized around cloud, Cyber Security, agile, and AI.
But there are dozens of local communities operating here in Serbia as well. We will mention the ones dedicated to technologies – cheers to Lego community members, too!

Levi niners in Novi Sad, Belgrade, and Zrenjanin have several communities: JavaScript, Testing, Delivery Management, Mobile, and AI. We listed the communities in the order of their founding, which also shows how the whole story developed locally.
