Good Health and Well-Being
We support the NGO NURDOR by donating proceeds from our 9Inspiration conference and sponsoring the Zrenjanin Marathon in years behind us, where our employees participated as runners. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive well-being program for our employees, focusing on physical, psychological, social, and financial health. This holistic approach ensures personalized support and company-wide activities that encourage balanced, healthy lifestyles.
Quality Education
Quality education is a key focus at Levi9, where we support both our employees’ personal development and offer educational programs for the wider community. We organize knowledge-sharing events like the 9Inspiration conference and various MeetUps for IT professionals. For students, we offer internships, Code9 workshops, hackathons, and collaborate with universities and high schools. Through these initiatives, we engage hundreds of students annually, providing mentorship and real-world IT experience.
Gender equality
We are committed to fostering gender equality within our teams, where 38% of employees and leaders are women, reflecting market trends. We celebrate International Women’s Day with empowering events, such as lectures on thriving in a VUCA world and hosting a Bazaar of Women Local Suppliers. Additionally, we focus on supporting colleagues returning from maternity leave by enhancing their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition back into the workplace.
Decent work and economic growth
One of our main dedications is fostering decent work and economic growth by creating a supporting work environment that encourages professional development and innovation. We invest in both our employees and the wider community through scholarships for students, educational programs for children without parental care from “Dečje selo,” and donations of equipment to educational and health institutions. Our initiatives, such as donating wooden houses for animals, reflect our commitment to supporting local communities.
Responsible consumption and production
We prioritize responsible consumption by making mindful choices to reduce our environmental impact. We support local businesses through employee gifts from local suppliers, such as food packages and natural cosmetics, which helps cut down on CO2 emissions. Additionally, we ensure our offices are stocked with locally sourced fruit and practice waste sorting. These actions reflect our commitment to sustainable resource use and strengthening local communities.
Climate Action
At Levi9, we are committed to climate action by managing our energy consumption responsibly and promoting sustainable practices. Our hybrid working model reduces commuting, while our offices support eco-friendly transportation with bicycle parking and branded bikes for employee use. We actively engage in socially responsible activities, such as tree planting and building animal shelters. Additionally, our Hack9 hackathon led to the creation of an air quality monitoring solution, enhancing environmental awareness within our offices.
