If you already have several years of experience and you are applying for a Medior+ position, our selection process consists of two steps. Firstly, there’s an HR interview to discuss your background and aspirations, and determine your English proficiency.

 

If all goes well, you’ll proceed to a Technical interview with the Hiring Manager. This lets you discuss your skills with your future colleagues and show them your expertise through a live coding or problem-solving task.

It’s a two-way street, so feel free to ask any questions about the role.

Becoming a Delivery Manager at Levi9 involves a three-step selection process. First off, you’ll have an HR interview where we’ll delve into your background, English proficiency, and essential soft skills for the role.

 

If that goes well, you’ll move on to a Technical interview with the Hiring Manager. Here, we’ll discuss your understanding of the Scrum methodology and demonstrate your project management skills through the case study.

Once you’ve aced these stages, you’ll have an interview with the Delivery Director. They will be a key stakeholder for you at Levi9, so feel free to ask any lingering questions about the role.

If you are seeking the opportunity to implement previously gained knowledge, you should apply for the Internship/Junior position and make the first step on your career path.

 

As this is probably your first selection process, we will try to make it as pleasant as possible. You can expect a three-step hiring process. The first one is a technical assessment, which you will complete online from home. Take time, concentrate, and don’t cheat because we will know.

 

If you achieve good results on the test, the next step is an HR interview, where you can showcase your skills, passion, and potential. We will also check your background, aspirations, and English proficiency.

They understand that you have limited or no professional work experience, so they typically focus on your education and want to learn about your aspirations and interests. We understand that you are also full of questions, so feel free to ask any questions about the internship, ways of working, and colleagues.
